The consultation call occurs via Zoom. The main topics of conversation will be:
Introducing myself and my coaching style
Discovering your past experiences with health & fitness
Your current habits and lifestyle
Your future goals and expectations of me
Overview of the different coaching plans and what they entail
And we will finish off the call with any questions you have for me!
